(5) 上記専門分野に関して教育または指導経験があり、生命理工学院における教育を意欲的に推進できること
(6) 生命理工学院の組織運営にも積極的に参画できること

専門業務型裁量労働制(みなし勤務時間:1日7時間45分、週38時間45分)

任期無し(定年は65歳)

給与:
年俸制※を適用する。

年俸額は現行規則に基づき,採用初年度は標準の値を参考に,次年度以降は評価次第となります。なお,退職手当は,退職時に別途支給されます。

Job Description:
●The successful applicant will be required to carry out lectures / practices /practical training of the above specialized fields taught in Japanese for undergraduate students and those taught in English for graduate students.
●The successful applicant will be required to engage, instruct, and supervise undergraduate and graduate student research.
●The successful applicant will proceed the above specialized research as PI.
●The successful applicant will work on operations necessary for the management of institute, school, department, etc.

Qualifications*:
●Exclusively open to female candidates
●The successful applicant should have a PhD or a doctoral degree.
●The successful applicant should have world-class research achievements in the area of specialization.
●The successful applicant should have the ability and willingness to lead the above-mentioned specialized fields, take leadership in Japan and overseas, and develop original research.
●The successful applicant should have educational / mentoring experience in the above specialized fields and can actively promote education at the School of Life Science and Technology.
●The successful applicant should be highly motivated, willing to participate in the organization management of the School of Life Science and Technology.

Probationary Period:

Salary:
The successful candidate will be paid under the “Annual Salary System with Lump-Sum Retirement Allowance” pursuant to the Institute’s Regulations on Wage and Salary for Staff under Annual Salary System with Lump-Sum Retirement Allowance. In accordance with the regulations, the amount of annual salary will be determined based on the standard level for the first fiscal year of employment, and will be based on performance evaluations in subsequent years. A retirement allowance will be paid separately at the time of retirement.

・Professor who has 15 years of work experience after completing a doctoral degree
Standard: JPY 9,400,000

・Associate Professor who has 5 years of work experience after completing a doctoral degree
Standard: JPY 7,500,000
